Safe and secure purchases

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing products from Forming Function Stockholm AB via our website Forming Function Shop . When purchasing, we apply applicable legislation, including the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

Purchases and agreements

  • A purchase is considered completed when you as a Consumer have placed an order and clicked “Pay”.
  • Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent. If you have not received the confirmation within 12 hours, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.
  • We do not enter into agreements with persons under the age of 18 without the consent of a guardian.

Product discontinuation or unavailability
If an ordered product cannot be delivered, for example because it is out of stock, we will contact you and refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

  • All prices include value added tax (VAT).
  • Payment is made via Klarna or card payment.

Price adjustments
If an obvious price error is discovered, we will contact you to agree on a new price. If you do not accept the price change, the order will be canceled.

Delivery terms

Delivery time

  • Products are normally handled within 1–2 business days, subject to availability.
  • In the event of a delivery delay, we will contact you immediately and you have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost if the delay is significant.

  • Free shipping to pickup points within Sweden and other countries we deliver to. See available countries at checkout.

Right of withdrawal and return

Right of withdrawal

  • As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days according to the Distance Selling Act.
  • The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

Conditions for returns

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as when received, preferably in original packaging.
  • If the product has been handled to a greater extent than necessary, a deduction may be made for loss of value.

Return process

  • Contact customer support before returning the product.
  • Use the enclosed return shipping label.
  • Forming Function will refund the amount no later than 14 days after the product has been received or when you have shown that it has been sent back.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Unredeemed packages are not covered.

Complaints and warranty

  • The right to a complaint is valid for three years according to the Consumer Sales Act.
  • Damage discovered within two months is considered to have been reported on time.
  • If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for all costs for return and replacement.
