Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. The cancellation period begins from the day you receive your product.

Return policy

For a return to be approved, the product must be in the same condition as when received, preferably in its original packaging. If the product has been handled more than necessary and has thereby decreased in value, a deduction may be made when refunding.

How to make a return

  • Please contact our customer support before returning the product.
  • Use the enclosed return shipping label to send the return. Contact our customer support if you do not have a return shipping label.
  • We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the product or when you have shown that it has been sent back.

Please note that unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and warranty

If a product is faulty or defective, you have the right to make a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you a three-year right of complaint. If the damage or defect is discovered within two months, the complaint is considered to have been made on time.

If the complaint is approved, we will be responsible for all costs for return and replacement.
